All our blades are meticulously crafted and inspected in our primary forge. Our operations span select international locations with quality control strictly managed from our US headquarters. Every blade is subjected to rigorous durability and flex tests before shipping.
Do I need to be 18 to purchase?
Yes. By purchasing from F.B Swords, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age and that the item is legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the contiguous US. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your blade is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Due to strict and highly variable customs regulations regarding bladed tools and weapons, international shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for international inquiries.
How do I maintain my carbon steel blade?
Carbon steel holds an exceptionally sharp edge but requires maintenance to prevent oxidation (rust). Wipe your blade clean after every use, avoid touching the steel with bare hands when possible, and apply a light coat of mineral oil or specialized sword oil regularly.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photographs of the box, the packaging materials, and the damaged item. Initiate a return request from your Orders page within 72 hours of delivery selecting "Damaged Item" as the reason.
